EXCHANGES & DAMAGED ITEMS POLICY

At Solenne, we carefully inspect every item before it is shipped. Due to the limited nature of our inventory, we do not offer refunds or returns at this time.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Original tags must be attached.

  • Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or any signs of wear.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Accessories

  • Intimates or bodysuits

  • Any item marked "Final Sale"

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at shop@solenneclothing.co with your order number and photos of the issue.

If approved, we will gladly replace the item or provide a store credit if a replacement is unavailable.

Please note that normal wear and tear, minor loose threads, or slight color variations due to screen settings are not considered defects.

Refunds (only if you received a damaged item)

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
